At Scott Snapshots, we strive to provide high-quality photographic equipment to our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 We accept returns only in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
1.2 The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all parts and accessories intact.
2. Timeframe for Returns
2.1 Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
2.2 To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details within the 7-day window.
3. How to Request a Return
3.1 To request a return, email us
3.2 Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return (e.g., damaged or defective item)
- Photos of the damaged/defective product (if applicable)
4. Refund Process
4.1 Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
4.2 Refunds will be issued via cash refund upon the successful delivery of the returned product, and the refund will be made at the time of next COD delivery.
4.3 Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
5.1 We do not accept returns for products that are:
- Used or damaged by the customer after delivery
- Not in their original condition or packaging
- Missing parts or accessories
6. Damaged or Defective Products
6.1 If the product is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a return and a full refund.
6.2 If the product is found to be in working condition, no refund will be provided.
7. Exchanges
7.1 We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
